At Urban Butcher, we're passionate about our meat. Our nose-to-tail menu showcases our whole animal butchery practice, from steaks and roasts to pates and pastrami. Our meat cellar displays our renowned craft charcuterie program, where time and patience yield our reputed hams, salumi and other cured meats.

 

Our rib steak is dry-aged in house for 60+days, then grilled on an open flame and rested.

We claim it's the best steak in the DC area.
